Product Description: Ferrochrome – an alloy of iron and chromium (about 60%), used for alloying steel and alloys. The main impurities are carbon (up to ~ 5%), silicon (up to 8%), sulfur (up to 0.05%), phosphorus (up to 0.05%). Upon recovery, chromite ores (or concentrates) rich in rich (with a high content of chromium oxide and a high ratio of chromium oxide / iron oxide) are obtained by carbonaceous reducing agent (usually coke).

Application area: Alloying component in the steel industry.
